Connectivity Service definition

Connectivity Service means broadband, Ethernet and/or data services identified on an Order Form as being a Connectivity Service or otherwise as we supply to you from time to time;
Connectivity Service means the service of providing connectivity between the Partner Web Portal and eRx Pad® through which Prescription Data may be exchanged between the parties on a non-exclusive basis.
Connectivity Service means the DSL Service, FTTC and FTTP as specified on this Agreement;

Examples of Connectivity Service in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any Customer use of the Point-to- Point Connectivity Service for other purposes than testing purposes will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the Point-to-Point Connectivity Service.

  • Upon timely receipt by Leaseweb of a notice of non-acceptance, further tests of the Point-to-Point Connectivity Service will be scheduled, and a new Delivery Date will be set.

  • The specific Point-to-Point Connectivity Service is specified in the Contract Overview.

  • On or prior to the Delivery Date, Leaseweb will test the Point-to-Point Connectivity Service, or cause the Point-to-Point Connectivity Service to be tested.

  • If a notice of non-acceptance is not (timely) received by Leaseweb, the Point-to-Point Connectivity Service shall be deemed to be accepted by Customer.


More Definitions of Connectivity Service

Connectivity Service means an online service providing one or more of the following services for the Authorised User to access: To monitor the utilization rate of the Registered Product, or To monitor daily number of samples measured by the Registered Product, or The actual health status of the Registered Product.
Connectivity Service means broadband, Ethernet and/or data services identified on an Order Form as being a Connectivity Service or otherwise as we supply to you from time to time; “Connectivity Service Specific Terms” means the Service Specific Terms relating to the provision of the Connectivity Service as set out in Part D (as may be varied in accordance with clause 1.3 of the General Terms);
Connectivity Service means the service that allows Dedicated Equipment to connect to the internet. Maintenance means maintenance, repairs, modifications, or upgrades performed by NOVOSERVE, or a third-party, from time to time to its Infrastructure. Maintenance Window or Service Window means the time frame in which NOVOSERVE schedules the Maintenance. Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing by Parties, the Maintenance is every day and can be scheduled 24/7. Monthly Recurring IP Connectivity Charge means the fixed recurring Service Charge invoiced by NOVOSERVE to CLIENT every month for the IP Connectivity Service (as stated in the Quote/Order Form/Order Confirmation or NOVOSERVE’s invoices), exclusive of any variable charges based upon CLIENT usage. Monthly Recurring (Lease) Charge means the fixed recurring Service Charge invoiced by NOVOSERVE to CLIENT every month for the Lease of Dedicated Equipment (as stated in the Quote/Order Form/Order Confirmation). Monthly Recurring SLA Charge means the fixed recurring Service Charge invoiced by NOVOSERVE to CLIENT every month connected with the chosen SLA by CLIENT (as stated in the Quote/Order Form/Order Confirmation). Network Availability means the total number of minutes in a month minus the number of minutes of Network Unavailability suffered in a month, divided by the total number of minutes in a month (expressed as a percentage). Network Unavailability means the number of minutes that one of the following events occur on all Interconnection Points for CLIENT: (a) Interconnection Points are not responding; and/or (b) a packet loss of more than five percent (5%) on NOVOSERVE’s network; and/or (b) roundtrip delay for all packets within NOVOSERVE’s network has a latency greater than three times the Latency Performance Target, provided that (for (a), (b) and (c)) such event lasts more than twenty (20) continued minutes. Network Unavailability shall not include any failure or deficiencies resulting from Exclusions. RFS Date means the ready for service date, i.e., the date NOVOSERVE enables CLIENT to use the Services for the first time. Response Time means the period measured from the time NOVOSERVE receives a Support Request by email or through the CLIENT Portal mentioned in Clause E 1.3 until the moment a NOVOSERVE support engineer acknowledges receipt of such CLIENT request.
Connectivity Service means ADSL, fibre or superfast fibre broadband services, as identified on an Order Form;
Connectivity Service means those wireless network services listed in Exhibit A (as updated from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties) that are provided by GoAmerica as part of the Sony Service, including any land line usage incidental thereto that is provided by GoAmerica at no separate charge as a part of such wireless network services.
