Optimal Agreement definition

Optimal Agreement means the asset purchase agreement dated August 5, 2008, as amended, between the Company, 7012985 Canada Inc., Optimal Group Inc. and various subsidiaries of Optimal Group Inc., respecting the acquisition of the Optimal Assets.
