Examples of Operator Indemnified Parties in a sentence
Owner's aforesaid indemnity is for the exclusive benefit of the Operator Indemnified Parties and in no event shall inure to the benefit of any other party.
Subject to Article 12, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Subscriber agrees that it shall indemnify and hold harmless Operator, its permitted successors and assigns and their respective directors, officers, members, shareholders and employees (collectively, the “Operator Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all Losses incurred by the Operator Indemnified Parties arising out of Subscriber’s negligence or willful misconduct.

Owner shall also indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Operator Indemnified Parties from and against any and all regulatory penalties or fines (other than any Environmental Claims which shall be governed by Section 10), and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees and expenses) arising from Owner's violation (other than through any breach of Section 9.1.2) of any Law, license, permit, or government approval.
