Online Entry definition

Online Entry means and refer to each “Online Entry” and “App Entry.”

  • Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Online Entry Period regardless if entrant has more than one email address.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period.

  • Each Participant must represent and warrant to the Organiser that they have full legal authority and capacity to complete the Online Entry Form, including accepting these terms and conditions, on behalf of themselves and/or, where applicable, any party for whom they are registering (the “ Third Party”), including full authority to make use of the credit or debit card to which fees related to Event Registration will be charged.

  • Limit one (1) entry per eligible person per day during the Online Entry Period regardless if entrant has more than one email address.

  • Processing fees for use of the registration platform used to complete the Online Entry Form (currently Active Network) (the “ Registration Platform”) will be chargeable in addition and such processing fees will not, under any circumstances, be refunded to the Participant.

  • The Participant agrees and consents to the Organiser using their personal details provided in their Online Entry Form as set out in the Privacy Policy ( https://www.outlawtriathlon.com/privacy-policy-cookie-policy/).

  • You represent and warrant to the Organiser that you have full legal authority and capacity to complete the Online Entry Form, including accepting these terms and conditions, on behalf of yourself and/or, where applicable, any party for whom you are registering (the “ Third Party”), including full authority to make use of the credit or debit card to which fees related to Event Registration will be charged.

Related to Online Entry

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • POS means point of sale.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • Small wireless facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications:

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Virtual Machine means a software container that can run its own operating system and execute applications like a physical machine.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.
