Official Level definition

Official Level means on any day, (i) in respect of an Index, the official closing level of the relevant Reference Asset at the close of trading on the Relevant Exchange, as published and disseminated by the relevant Index Sponsor, (ii) in respect of Aluminium for which the level is published at 13:00pm London time in respcet of Zinc for which the level is published 12:55pm London time and in respect of Copper for which the level is published at 12.35pm London time, the official level of such Reference Assets published by the Price Source on such day as determined by the Issuer by reference to the Reference Page;
Official Level means on any day, (i) in respect of an Index, the official closing level of the relevant Reference Asset at the close of trading on the Relevant Exchange, as published and disseminated by the relevant Index Sponsor, (ii) in respect of Oil, the settlement price established by the NYMEX settlement committee at the close of each trading session on such day as determined by the Issuer by reference to the Reference Page, (iii) in respect of Aluminium for which the level is published at 13:00pm London time and Zinc for which the level is published 12:55pm London time, the official level of such Reference Assets published by the Price Source on such day as determined by the Issuer by reference to the Reference Page, (iv) in respect of Gold the A.M. level published by the Price Source, and (v) in respect of the Australian Dollar Exchange Rate, the official level published by the Price Source on such day as determined by the Issuer by reference to the Reference Page;
Official Level means on any day in respect of an Index, the official closing level of the relevant Reference Asset at the close of trading on the Relevant Exchange, as published and disseminated by the relevant Index Sponsor;

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • Note Percentage means (i) for each Payment Date until the aggregate principal amount of each Class of Notes has been paid in full, 100%; and (ii) thereafter, 0%.

  • Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Credit Score means a composite numerical score scaled from 0-100 as calculated by PJMSettlement that incorporates various predictors of creditworthiness.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Level 4 means a project of greater than 550 kWac and not more than 1 MWac.

All Major Equipment (including bulk material requirements) are scheduled at area level and detailed construction activities at each commodity level follow the same area concept. The Subcontract schedules are similarly developed for each area, as applicable.

If the S&P Rating and the Xxxxx’x Rating are not the same (i.e., a “split rating”), the higher of such ratings shall control, unless (i) the ratings differ by more than one level, in which case the rating one level below the higher of the two ratings shall control, or (ii) either rating is below BBB- or Baa3 (as applicable), in which case the lower of the two ratings shall control.

  • Credit Rating means the rating assigned by a Rating Agency to the senior unsecured long term Indebtedness of a Person.

  • Acceptable Credit Rating means a minimum long term credit rating of either BBB from Standard & Poors or Baa2 from Xxxxx’x; Access Undertaking means:

  • Credit Enhancement Percentage For any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balances of the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class CE Certificates, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, calculated after taking into account distributions of principal on the Mortgage Loans and distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount to the Certificates then entitled to distributions of principal on such Distribution Date.

  • Sound level means the A-weighted Sound Pressure Level;
