Compliance Certificate definition

Compliance Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D.
Compliance Certificate a certificate duly executed by a Responsible Officer substantially in the form of Exhibit B.
Compliance Certificate is that certain certificate in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
