Office of community assistance definition

Office of community assistance means the office within the Ohio development services agency designated as the agency to receive federal funding from United States departments of health and human services and energy for home energy assistance and home weatherization assistance, respectively.
Office of community assistance means the office created within the Ohio development services agency and charged with the administration of the Ohio C.S.B.G. program.
