Nuclear Fuel Load Date definition

Nuclear Fuel Load Date means the completion of the Nuclear Fuel Load by December 31, 2018 for the First Unit and December 31, 2019 for the Second Unit, as such dates may be extended pursuant to Articles 9 and 10.

  • Motor fuel means petroleum or a petroleum-based substance that is motor gasoline, aviation gasoline, No. 1 or No. 2 diesel fuel, or any grade of gasohol, and is typically used in the operation of a motor engine.

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Boiler Fuel means natural gas used as fuel for the generation of steam and in internal combustion turbine engines for the generations of electricity.

  • Nuclear installation means any installation of such class or description as may be prescribed by regulations made by the relevant Secretary of State from time to time by statutory instrument, being an installation designed or adapted for:

  • Sewage system means the entire sewage treatment and subsurface disposal system;

  • Transportation facility means any transit, railroad,

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
