NOXIOUS USE definition

NOXIOUS USE means an offensive trade within the meaning of the Public Health Act or any use which is offensive or dangerous by reason of the emission of odour, smoke, dust, noise, gas, fumes, vibration or refuse matter.
NOXIOUS USE means a use which, by its nature or the materials used or produced therein, is declared to be a noxious trade, business or manufacture pursuant to The Public Health Act or any Regulations made hereunder.
