Notices Under Other Loan Agreements. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement, report or notice furnished to any Person pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or other similar agreement, other than this Agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lenders pursuant to any other provision of this Section 5.06;

Notices Under Other Loan Agreements. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any material written statement, report or notice furnished to any lender or agent or trustee by any Loan Party pursuant to the terms of any Second Lien Loan Document or any other indenture, loan or credit or other similar agreement, with respect to Indebtedness in excess of $5,000,000 (other than this Agreement) and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lenders pursuant to any other provision of this Section 5.06 or not otherwise publicly filed;

Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement, report or notice furnished by the Borrower to any Person pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or other similar agreement, other than this Agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lenders pursuant to any other provision of this Section 8.01.
Notices Under Other Loan Agreements. Concurrent with the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or notice furnished to any Person relating to any default or event of default or the waiver thereof under any other indenture, loan or credit or other similar agreement.

If the Company is so requested by the Trustee (acting pursuant to a Deliverables Notice from the Requisite Holders), promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any material statement, report or notice (i) furnished to any Credit Party pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or other similar agreement involving Indebtedness in a principal amount in excess of $1,000,000 other than this Indenture and not otherwise required to be furnished to Holders pursuant to any other provision of this Section 4.11 or (ii) distributed to holders of Credit Parties’ Indebtedness in a principal amount in excess of $1,000,000 or Equity Interests issued by any Credit Party, in each case, pursuant to the terms of the documentation governing such Indebtedness or Equity Interests (or any trustee, agent or other representative therefor), as the case may be. The Trustee shall promptly send to each Holder a copy of any such notice that it receives from the Company after Trustee receives such Deliverables Notice.
Notices Under Other Loan Agreements. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any notice of default furnished to any Obligor pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or other similar agreement, other than this Agreement, to which such Obligor is a party.

Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any material written statement, report or notice furnished to any lender or agent or trustee by any Loan Party (other than annual no default certificates to the trustee under any indenture) pursuant to the terms of any (i) Second Lien Loan Document, (ii) Senior Unsecured Note Document, or (iii) any other indenture, loan or credit or other similar agreement, with respect to Indebtedness in excess of $5,000,000 (other than this Agreement) and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lenders pursuant to any other provision of this Section 5.06 or not otherwise publicly filed;

If reasonably requested by Administrative Agent (or any Lender) (it being understood that such report(s), letter(s) and response(s) shall only be delivered to the Person that requests it/them), promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any material statement, report or notice (i) furnished to any Credit Party pursuant to the terms of the Indenture, any indenture, loan or credit or other similar agreement involving Debt in a principal amount in excess of $1,000,000, other than this Agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to Lenders pursuant to any other provision of this Section 5.6 or (ii) distributed to holders of Credit Parties’ Debt in a principal amount in excess of $1,000,000 or Equity Interests by any Credit Party pursuant to the terms of the documentation governing such Debt or Equity Interests (or any trustee, agent or other representative therefor), as the case may be;
