Note Document. This Amendment is a Note Document and all of the provisions of the Note Purchase Agreement which apply to Note Documents apply hereto.

Note Document. This Guaranty is a Note Document, as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement, and is subject to the provisions of the Note Purchase Agreement governing Note Documents. Each Guarantor hereby ratifies, confirms and approves the Note Purchase Agreement and the other Note Documents and, in particular, any provisions thereof which relate to such Guarantor.
Note Document. This Amendment shall constitute a Note Document for all purposes of the Note Purchase Agreement and the other Note Documents. Each reference in the Note Purchase Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein”, or words of like import, and each reference to the Note Purchase Agreement in any other Note Document shall be deemed a reference to the Note Purchase Agreement as amended hereby.
Note Document. This Amendment shall constitute a “Note Document” for all purposes of the Note Facility and the other Note Documents.
Note Document. This Security Agreement is a Note Document executed pursuant to the Indenture and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated herein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof.
