Notice of Application definition

Notice of Application has the meaning given in clause 17.1.

Notice of Application means the Notice of Application to the Court for the Final Order, which is attached as Appendix C to this Information Circular.

More Definitions of Notice of Application

Notice of Application means the Notice of Application for the Final Order.
