Notes Parties definition

Notes Parties means, collectively, the Notes Issuer, Notes Guarantors and each other direct or indirect subsidiary or parent of the Notes Issuer or any of its affiliates that is now or hereafter becomes a party to any Notes Document.
Notes Parties means the Issuers and the Current EUR Notes Guarantors and any entity which may become an additional guarantor under the EUR Notes Indenture.
Notes Parties means the Issuer and the Guarantors.

Examples of Notes Parties in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Indenture, no provision contained herein shall prejudice the right of the Non-U.S. Notes Parties to benefit from the permitted exceptions set out in the Indenture regarding the granting of liens over assets.

  • Deliver to the Notes Collateral Agent no later than 60 days after the Issue Date each Control Agreement that, in the reasonable judgment of the Notes Collateral Agent, are required for the Notes Parties to comply with the Indenture and the Security Documents, each duly executed by, in addition to the applicable Notes Party, the applicable financial institution.
