Notes Security Agreement definition

Notes Security Agreement means the Notes Security Agreement, entered into by the Company, the Guarantors party thereto and the Notes Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Notes Secured Parties, dated as of the Issue Date, as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Notes Security Agreement means the “Security Agreement” as defined in the Indenture.
Notes Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of September 13, 2024, among the Company and the Guarantors in favor of the Notes Collateral Agent, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Notes Security Agreement means the security agreement, to be dated as of the Issue Date, among the Issuer, the other Grantors party thereto, the Notes Collateral Agent and the other parties thereto, as amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
