Notes Security Agreement definition

Notes Security Agreement means the “Security Agreement” as defined in the Indenture.
Notes Security Agreement means the security agreement, to be dated as of the Issue Date, among the Issuer, the other Grantors party thereto, the Notes Collateral Agent and the other parties thereto, as amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Notes Security Agreement means the Security Agreement executed by the Grantors party thereto in favor of the Secured Notes Collateral Agent (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof).
