States Parties means the States Parties to the Convention;
States Parties means the States Parties to this Protocol;
States Parties means States which have consented to be bound by this Convention and for which this Convention is in force.

  • When an amendment enters into force, it shall be binding on those States Parties which have expressed their consent to be bound by it.
