Note A-2 Interest Rate definition

Note A-2 Interest Rate means with respect to Note A-2-S1, Note A-2-S2, Note A-2-S3, Note A-2-C1 and/or Note A-2-C2, the Interest Rate set forth for such Note in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Note A-2 Interest Rate means the Note A-2 Interest Rate set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Note A-2 Interest Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period, LIBOR plus the LIBOR Spread.

Examples of Note A-2 Interest Rate in a sentence

  • In the event the Maturity Date is extended pursuant to Section 2(c) below, on the first Payment Date occurring in such Extension Term, and on each subsequent Payment Date during the term of the Loan, Maker shall pay to Holder a monthly payment of interest on the unpaid Note A-2 Principal Indebtedness calculated at the Note A-2 Interest Rate which has accrued through the last day of the Interest Accrual Period immediately preceding such Payment Date.

  • Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Note A-2 Indebtedness shall (a) become due and payable as provided in Article 8 of the Loan Agreement, and (b) bear Interest at a per annum interest rate equal to the lesser of (i) the Maximum Amount (as defined in Section 8), and (ii) the Note A-2 Interest Rate plus five percent (5%) (the "Note A-2 Default Rate").

  • If such notice is given, the Interest Rate shall be converted, from and after the first day of the next succeeding Interest Accrual Period, to the Prime-Based rate (and unless and until the Note A-2 Interest Rate shall be converted back to the LIBOR-Based Rate, "Note A-2 Interest Rate" shall mean and refer to the Prime-Based Rate).

  • Interest shall accrue on the Note A-2 Principal Indebtedness at the Note A-2 Interest Rate (as defined below) commencing on the date of this Note.

  • For all purposes under this Note and the other Loan Documents, the term "Interest Rate" shall, with respect to and to the extend of the Note A-2 Principal Indebtedness, be deemed to mean and refer to the Note A-2 Interest Rate.

  • On the eleventh (11th) day of each calendar month during which any amounts are outstanding under this Note A-2 (each, a "Payment Date") during the term of the Loan, Maker shall pay to Holder a monthly payment of interest only on the unpaid Note A-2 Principal Indebtedness calculated at the Note A-2 Interest Rate which has accrued through the last day of the Interest Accrual Period immediately preceding such Payment Date.

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, in no event shall Maker have the right to elect to convert the Note A-2 Interest Rate to the Prime-Based Rate.

  • If any such prepayment is not made on the last day of an Interest Accrual Period, Maker shall also pay to Holder interest calculated at the Note A-2 Interest Rate that would have accrued on such prepaid Note A-2 Indebtedness through the end of the Interest Accrual Period in which such prepayment occurs.

Note A-2 Interest Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to (i) for a LIBOR Loan, the sum of (a) the greater of LIBOR, determined as of the Interest Determination Date immediately preceding the commencement of such Interest Period and the LIBOR Floor, plus (b) the A-2 LIBOR Spread (or, when applicable pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the Default Rate); and (ii) for a Prime Rate Loan, the sum of (a) the greater of the Prime Rate and the Prime Rate Floor, plus (b) the Prime Rate Spread (or, when applicable pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the applicable Default Rate).
Note A-2 Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 5.0626% payable with respect to Note A-2.

  • Class A-2 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Maximum Mortgage Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, a rate that is set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note and is the maximum interest rate to which the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan may be increased on any Adjustment Date.

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Exchange Note Interest Rate has the meaning stated in Section 2.2(a)(vi) of the Exchange Note Supplement.

  • Minimum Mortgage Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, a rate that is set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note and is the minimum interest rate to which the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan may be decreased on any Adjustment Date.
