Exchange Note Interest Rate definition

Exchange Note Interest Rate has the meaning stated in Section 2.2(a)(vi) of the Exchange Note Supplement.
Exchange Note Interest Rate means, with respect to any Exchange Note and any Interest Period, the fixed rate or floating rate specified in the related Exchange Note Supplement.

  • The Exchange Note Interest Rate for each Exchange Note will be calculated in the manner set forth in the related Exchange Note Supplement.
