Normal APEX definition

Normal APEX means the 12.000% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Normal APEX (liquidation amount $1,000 per security) issued by the Trust and fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Corporation.
Normal APEX means a beneficial interest in the Issuer Trust, having a Liquidation Amount of $1,000 and having the rights provided for Normal APEX in this Trust Agreement, including the right to receive Distributions and a Liquidation Distribution as provided herein.
