Normal Fare definition

Normal Fare means the highest priced fare established for a first, business or economy class service during the period of applicability.
Normal Fare means the average adult fare that would be paid in respect of the journeys that would be made if there were no travel concessions, taking account of those journeys that would be made using discounted tickets (returns, day tickets, weekly tickets, etc) if these are available;
