Nonprofit facility definition

Nonprofit facility means a facility that is owned or operated by a nonprofit entity.
Nonprofit facility means the NOELF or the NONLF as applicable. If the Borrower constitutes more than one Person, then the reporting required in this Section II shall be the reporting of all such Persons as the “Borrower” on a consolidated basis.
