Non-Funding Lenders definition

Non-Funding Lenders any Lender that has failed to fund any portion of the Loans, participation interests in Letters of Credit or participation interests in Swing Line Loans required to be funded by it hereunder within one Business Day of the date required to be funded by it hereunder.
Non-Funding Lenders means the Lenders listed on Schedule 7 hereto.
Non-Funding Lenders has the meaning set forth in the Credit Agreement.

  • Non-Funding Lender has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9.9(a)(ii).

  • Departing Lender means each lender under the Existing Credit Agreement that executes and delivers to the Administrative Agent a Departing Lender Signature Page.
