Nominee Directors definition

Nominee Directors means each of the MCK Directors and Echo Directors.
Nominee Directors means the Promoter Director and/or the Investor Directors;
Nominee Directors has the meaning given to it in clause 7.2;

Examples of Nominee Directors in a sentence

  • Subject as aforesaid, the Nominee Director/s shall be entitled to the same rights and privileges and be subject to the same obligations as any other Director of the Company.

  • The Board of Directors of the Company shall have no power to remove from office the Nominee Director/s.

  • This clause is not applicable to Ex-officio Government Nominee Directors.

  • Such Nominee Director/s shall not be required to hold any share qualification in the Company, and such Nominee Director/s shall not be liable to retirement by rotation of Directors.

  • Provided that the sitting fees, in relation to such Nominee Director/s shall also accrue to the appointer and same shall accordingly be paid by the Company directly to the appointer.

Nominee Directors means each of the proposed nominee directors under this Circular, namely Louis-Philippe Carrière, Christopher Cole, Alexandre L’Heureux, Birgit Nørgaard, Suzanne Rancourt, Paul Raymond, Pierre Shoiry and Linda Smith-Galipeau;
Nominee Directors means each of the proposed director nominees under this Circular, namely Richard Bélanger, Christopher Cole, Birgit Nørgaard, Josée Perreault, GeorgeJ. Pierson, Pierre Seccareccia, Pierre Shoiry and Pierre Simard;

Nominee Directors means, collectively, the GA Directors, and the Investor Directors, and “Nominee Director” means any one of them.
