Nominee Director definition

Nominee Director means, for the purposes of Rule 8A, a Person that acts as a director on behalf of another Person or in accordance with the directions, instructions or wishes of another Person.
Nominee Director means a Person that acts as a director on behalf of a Nominator or in accordance with the directions, instructions or wishes of a Nominator.
Nominee Director means a director of the VCC who is accustomed or under an obligation, whether formal or informal, to act in accordance with the directions, instructions or wishes of any other person.
