Nomination Cycles definition

Nomination Cycles means the Timely Nomination Cycle, the Evening Nomination Cycle, the Intra-Day 1 Nomination Cycle, the Intra-Day 2 Nomination Cycle and the Intra-Day 3 Nomination Cycle, and “Nomination Cycle” means any one of the those Nomination Cycles.

Examples of Nomination Cycles in a sentence

  • Pipeline will accommodate Inventory transfers during the Nomination Cycles set forth in Article 5.

  • Transporter will give scheduling priority to firm nominations submitted during the Evening Nomination and Intraday 1 Nomination Cycles over previously nominated and scheduled volumes for interruptible services.

  • Firm intraday nominations are entitled to bump scheduled interruptible quantities only during the Evening, Intraday 1, and Intraday 2 Nomination Cycles, as defined in Section 6.2. Firm intraday nominations are not entitled to bump already scheduled firm quantities.

  • The Timely and Evening Nomination Cycles pertain to transportation and services for the upcoming Gas Day.
