No Call Term Rate definition

No Call Term Rate means the Interest Rate Mode for Bonds in which the interest rate on such Bonds is determined in accordance with Section 2.02(c)(vi) and the Bonds are subject to redemption as described in Section 3.01(a)(v).

  • ABR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
