NHL Season definition

NHL Season means the time period corresponding to the Regular Season and Playoffs.

  • An SPC for a Group 2 Free Agent will be rejected and will be null and void ab initio (i.e., the Player's Free Agency and contractual status shall revert to the status he held prior to signing his SPC), if it is not signed and filed with Central Registry by 5:00 p.m. New York time on December 1 in the then current NHL Season.

  • A Player whose SPC is Traded during the NHL Season shall be reimbursed by the assignee Club, if he so requests, for the use of a mid-size rental car, or for the cost of renting a mid-size car if Player rents a more expensive car, for a period up to twenty-one (21) days in the city to which he has been Traded.

  • Such terms and conditions, which will include the price of the Full-Season Package for the subsequent NHL Season, will be provided to Account Holder in advance and Account Holder will receive at least twenty- one (21) calendar days to decide if Account Holder would like to purchase the Full-Season Package on the prevailing terms and conditions or to cancel Account Holder’s Account.

  • In the event the Venue is closed due to Force Majeure or the NHL Season is reduced by the League, Licensee’s sole remedy will be the extension of the Agreement in accordance with the terms set forth herein.

  • This Agreement (and Account Xxxxxx’s commitment to purchase the Full-Season Package for the subsequent NHL Season) will automatically renew for one (1) additional Dallas Stars NHL Season (each a “Renewal Term”) upon the prevailing terms and conditions as set by the Dallas Stars, unless Account Holder cancels their Account (as more fully described below).

  • This Agreement (and Account Holder’s commitment to purchase the Full-Season Package for the subsequent NHL Season) will automatically renew for one (1) additional Dallas Stars NHL Season (each a “Renewal Term”) upon the prevailing terms and conditions as set by the Dallas Stars, unless Account Holder cancels their Account (as more fully described below).

  • The Effective Termination Date will not occur during any NHL Season.

  • Ozone season means the period of time beginning May 1 of a year and ending on September 30 of the same year, inclusive.

  • Peak Season means the weeks containing the 24th through 36th Wednesdays of the calendar year. Each such week shall begin on a Monday and end on the following Sunday, except for the week containing the 36th Wednesday, which shall end on the following Friday.
