Network Rail Partial Cancellation definition

Network Rail Partial Cancellation means a Passenger Service which is included in the Enforcement Plan of the Day and which: (a) misses a stop; or (b) completes 50 per cent. or more, but less than 100 per cent. of its scheduled journey as prescribed in the Enforcement Plan of the Day, in circumstances where responsibility for the same is attributed to Network Rail pursuant to the Track Access Agreement;
Network Rail Partial Cancellation means Network Rail's plan for the implementation of the ERTMS Programme as more particularly described in the document in the agreed terms marked ERTMSP; means a tangible asset annotated as such in Column 4 of the table in the Appendix (List of the RV Assets) to Schedule 14.6 (Residual Value Mechanism) which is:

  • Partial Taking means the taking of only a portion of the Premises which does not constitute a Total Taking; (4) "Date of Taking" means the date upon which the title to the Premises, or a portion thereof, passes to and vests in the condemnor or the effective date of any order for possession if issued prior to the date title vests in the condemnor; and (5) "Award" means the amount of any award made, consideration paid, or damages ordered as a result of a Taking.

  • Premises Partial Damage means damage or destruction to the improvements on the Premises, other than Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, the repair cost of which damage or destruction is less than 50% of the then Replacement Cost of the Premises immediately prior to such damage or destruction, excluding from such calculation the value of the land and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations.

  • Basic generation service provider or "provider" means a

The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Local Tandem Switch is a CenturyLink switch used to connect and switch trunk circuits between End Office Switches for traffic within an EAS/Local calling area.

  • Premises Building Partial Damage shall herein mean damage or destruction to the building of which the Premises are a part to the extent that the cost of repair is less than 50% of the then replacement cost of such building as a whole.

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.

  • Major Damage means damage that in the estimation of the surveyor exceeds USD

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Fire fighter means any person employed by the state or any political subdivision as a member or officer of a fire depart- ment or a member of a volunteer department, including the state fire marshal and deputies.

  • Side Yard means a yard extending from the front yard to the rear yard between the side boundary of the parcel and the wall of main building thereon [see sketch in Schedule B];

  • Network Change has the meaning given to it in the Network Code;

  • Partial Dependant means a "dependant" as prescribed in paragraph (a) of this subclause who receives a location allowance which is less than the location allowance prescribed in subclause (1) of this clause or who, if in receipt of a salary or wage package, receives less than a full consideration for which the location allowance is payable pursuant to the provisions of this clause.

  • Non-Administrator Skilled Nursing Facility means a Skilled Nursing Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Network Availability means the capability of the equipment to resume functions after a remotely initiated trigger has been detected by a network port;
