Multiple Units. If this contract is for a Property that is a duplex, triplex, or fourplex dwelling, the invoice must reflect said property type in order for all of the units to be covered. Equipment that serves multiple units will only be covered if all Property units are covered by a Contract as of the repair request date. When multiple units are covered, each individual unit is subject to its own maximum annual coverage limits as identified above.
Multiple Units. 1. If this contract is for a duplex, triplex, or fourplex dwelling, all units within such dwelling must be covered by an APHW warranty agreement for coverage to apply to common systems and appliances (e.g. Triplex = 3 warranty agreements).
Multiple Units. Where the Vehicle comprises a truck and camper or other Vehicles that are designed so that they may be physically separated in normal use, the provisions of this Agreement apply to each Vehicle separately and to both Vehicles taken together as the circumstances may permit. Truck and camper rentals may not be separated during the rental period and the Guest is responsible to a penalty of $500 and all related costs due to damage if this occurs.
Multiple Units. Some End Users may have more than one unit of the same Field System with the same Existing Image. Such End Users may use one copy of the Field Upgrade Image for all these units. (e.g., the Field Upgrade Image may be installed on the End User’s internal network or external media and used as described in this section.) OEM Parties shall advise such End Users that the Field Upgrade Image may only be installed onto additional units of the same model of Field System only on the quantity of Field System units originally purchased directly from Company or a Company Subsidiary or indirectly from Company or a Company Subsidiary through the Channel.
Multiple Units. If an Account Owner selects more than one class of Units for contributions to the Account, the Program will track separately the assets in the Account that are invested under each Unit class.
Multiple Units. (i) Some End Users may have more than one unit of the same Field System with the same Existing Image. Such End Users may use one copy of the Field Upgrade Image to install such Field Upgrade Image on to multiple units of the same Field System through a server deployment.
Multiple Units. Unless specified arrangements incorporating multiple units coupled in series in order to achieve the duty specified for each complete pump set shall only be offered as an alternative. The mechanical equipment to be supplied under this Contract shall be installed, tested and commissioned on concrete structures, constructed by others, to the dimensions indicated on the construction detail drawings.
Multiple Units. 1. If this Service Contract is for a duplex, triplex, or four-plex dwelling, then every unit within such dwelling must be covered by a NHW Service Contract for coverage to apply to common systems. Should any unit within such dwelling not be covered by a NHW Service Contract, then there is no coverage for common systems and appliances.
Multiple Units. In the event that this Lease pertains to a unit in a multiple unit building, then this Lease confers no rights upon Tenant(s) to use, for any purpose, any other property of Landlord other than the interior of the Premises that is the subject of this Lease, except the walks and roadways giving access to the Premises and such other common areas, if any, as Landlord may from time to time designate for the use of residents. When the use by Xxxxxx(s) of any other portion of Landlord’s property is permitted, it shall be subject to the rules and regulations established by Landlord.
Multiple Units. This Service Contract provides coverage for only one of each type of Covered Equipment except for Section IV., A. Heating Equipment and B. Electric Central Air Conditioning/Heat Pump.
