Net Worth Offer Amount definition

Net Worth Offer Amount shall equal 10% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes then outstanding (or if less than 10% of the original aggregate principal amount of such Notes (including any Additional Notes) issued are then outstanding, the amount of all the Notes outstanding at the time).
