Unencumbered Amount definition
Unencumbered Amount means, for the Class C( - ) Notes, an amount equal to the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class C( - ) Notes minus the Encumbered Amount for the Class C( - ) Notes.
Unencumbered Amount means, for the Class B(2020-4) Notes, an amount equal to the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class B(2020-4) Notes minus the Encumbered Amount for the Class B(2020-4) Notes.
Unencumbered Amount means, for the Class B(2004-6) Notes, an amount equal to the product of (a) the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Aggregate Class B Unencumbered Amount and the denominator of which is the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of all Class B Notes in the Card Series and (b) the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class B(2004-6) Notes.

Unencumbered Amount means $63.3 million, as the amount agreed upon by the Debtors and LNV as of September 6, 2017 as a settlement of the projected value of the Debtors’ personal property that is either unencumbered by any Liens or which is or may be subject to avoidable Liens (other than the Tax Refund Claim) as of the Effective Date, assuming an October 31, 2017 Effective Date; provided, that such amount shall be adjusted based upon changes in postpetition revenue and working capital as of the actual Effective Date as compared to the projections used as of September 6, 2017, less the amount of Allowed Administrative Claims that are not paid from First Lien Encumbered Cash pursuant to Section 2.1(c)(ii), less amounts sufficient to pay the Allowed Priority Tax Claims, Allowed Priority Non-Tax Claims and Allowed Other Secured Claims.
