Excess Concentration Amounts should be calculated and compared to the Pro Forma Monthly Report.
On each Reporting Date (for the avoidance of doubt, determined as of the last calendar day of the previous calendar month), the Collateral Agent shall provide the Excess Concentration Amounts (and details thereof) to the Administrative Agent, the Servicer and the Borrower (in a form mutually acceptable to the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent, the Servicer and the Borrower).
Each Receivable included as an Eligible Receivable in the calculation of the Net Receivables Pool Balance as of any date was an Eligible Receivable, and the Net Receivables Pool Balance as of such date was properly calculated in accordance with the definition thereof (including with respect to applicable adjustments relating to the calculation of Outstanding Balances or Excess Concentration Amounts).
