National Board Commissioned Inspector definition

National Board Commissioned Inspector means an individual who holds a valid and current National Board Commission issued by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, 1055 Crupper Avenue, Columbus, OH 43229-1183.
National Board Commissioned Inspector means an individual who holds a valid Certificate of Competency to perform in-service, repair and alteration inspections as defined by the National Board Inspection Code; holds a National Board commission; and is regularly employed as an inspector by an Authorized Inspection Agency.
