NAME OF THE FUND. The Fund hereby agrees that if the Manager shall at any time for any reason cease to serve as investment adviser to the Fund, the Fund shall, if and when requested by the Manager, eliminate from the Fund's name the name "Neuberger Berman" and thereaftxx xxxxxxn xxxx using the name "Neuberger Berman" or the initixxx "XX" ix xxxxection with its business or activities, and the foregoing agreement of the Fund shall survive any termination of this Agreement and any extension or renewal thereof.

The Fund acknowledges that it has adopted the name ASGI Mesirow Insight Fund, LLC through permission of the Adviser, and agrees that the Adviser reserves to itself and any successor to its business the right to grant the non-exclusive right to use the name “Alternative Strategies Group, Inc.” or “ASGI” or any name or names derived from or similar to such names to any other corporation or entity, including but not limited to any investment company of which the Advisor or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof shall be the investment adviser.

The Portfolio may use the name "Navellier" or any name derived from the name "Navellier" only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal, or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of the Adviser and for only so long as Navellier Management, Inc., remains as Adviser to the Portfolio. At such time as such an agreement shall no longer be in effect, or Adviser's services have terminated, the Portfolio will (to the extent that it is lawfully able) cease to use such a name or any other name connected with the Adviser or any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of the Adviser.

The services of the Adviser to the Fund hereunder are not to be deemed exclusive and the Adviser shall be free to furnish similar services to others so long as the services hereunder are not impaired thereby. Although the Adviser has permitted and is permitting the Corporation and the Fund to use the name "Xxxxxxxx," it is understood and agreed that the Adviser reserves the right to use and permit other persons, firms or corporations, including investment companies, to use such name. At such time as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof, or such other similar agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Corporation will (by corporate action if necessary) cease to use any name derived from the name "Xxxxxxxx," any name similar thereto or any other name indicating that it is advised by or otherwise connected with the Adviser or with any organization which shall have succeeded to the Adviser’s business as investment adviser.
