Each Series shall be designated either as a Mutual Fund Series or an ETF Series by the Trustees.
The ownership of Shares of Mutual Fund Series shall be recorded on the books of the Trust or a transfer or similar agent for the Trust, which books shall be maintained separately for the Shares of each Series and Class thereof.
These fees are not assessed against assets invested in the Trust’s Mutual Fund Series.
