Movie Theaters definition

Movie Theaters means, individually and collectively, as the context may require, state-of-the-art (as of the Final Project Completion Date) multiplex movie theaters operated or to be operated by the Tenant containing approximately eight (8) to sixteen (16) movie screens each (it being understood and agreed that entertainment facilities other than movie screens may occupy no more than fifteen (15%) percent of the usable square footage of the building housing such movie theater).
