Moose Mountain Toymakers Limited means Moose Mountain Toymakers Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with registered number 540751.
MFET Limited means the company limited by guarantee (number 7121661) of that name, established for the purpose in particular of making payments in accordance with arrangements made with the Secretary of State to persons who have acquired HIV as a result of treatment by the NHS with blood or blood products;

Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.
Black woman-owned enterprise means an enterprise with at least 25, 1% representation of black women within the black equity and management portion.
Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
