Corporation/ Corpn./ Department definition

Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.

Related to Corporation/ Corpn./ Department

  • Natural resources means land, fish, wildlife, biota, air, water, ground water, drinking water supplies, and other such resources belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or otherwise controlled by the United States or the State.

  • Municipal corporation means, in general terms, a status conferred upon a local government unit, by state law giving the unit certain autonomous operating authority such as the power of taxation, power of eminent domain, police power and regulatory power, and includes a joint economic development district or joint economic development zone that levies an income tax under section 715.691, 715.70, 715.71, or 715.74 of the Ohio Revised Code.

  • Finance Department means the Finance Department of the Government of Assam;

  • School Corporation means the Western Xxxxx County Community School Corporation of the County of Xxxxx of the State of Indiana;

  • Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Executive Committee and Northern Ireland Departments, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers, government departments, government and particular bodies and government agencies.

  • Financial Services means those activities described in Annex VI. The Stabilisation and Association Council may extend or modify the scope of that Annex.

  • the Department means the Department of the Environment;

  • Fire Department means an organized fire department as that term is defined in section 1 of the fire prevention code, 1941 PA 207, MCL 29.1.

  • CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.

  • AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.
