Monthly Charge-Off Ratio definition

Monthly Charge-Off Ratio for any Due Period means the ratio (expressed as a percentage) computed as of the last day of such Due Period by dividing (i) an amount equal to twelve times the remainder of (x) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Pool Receivables written off the Seller's books, or which should have been written off the Seller's books during such Due Period minus (y) the aggregate amount of Collections of Principal Receivables in the Receivables Pool actually received during such Due Period in respect of Pool Receivables that had been written off the Seller's books during a prior Due Period by (ii) the Outstanding Balance of the Receivables in the Receivables Pool as of the first day of such Due Period.
Monthly Charge-Off Ratio means, for any Due Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction having as its numerator the product of (i) 12 times (ii) the aggregate of the Loss Amounts for such Due Period, and as its denominator, the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust as of close of business on the last day of the prior Due Period; provided, however, that subject to the Program Agent's and each Managing Agent's prior approval, in their sole discretion, any portion of such Loss Amounts as a result of changes to generally accepted accounting principles or regulations to which Receivables are subject, where such changes are determined by the Program Agent and each Managing Agent, in their sole discretion, to constitute a one-time or extraordinary event not indicative of the credit quality of the Receivables, shall not be included in any calculation of the aggregate of the applicable Loss Amounts for purposes of computing the Monthly Charge-Off Ratio for any Due Period.
Monthly Charge-Off Ratio means, with respect to any Collection Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction (a) the numerator of which is the product of (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Transferred Receivables which became Defaulted Receivables during such Collection Period less Net Liquidation Proceeds (including Dealer Reserves applied to such Defaulted Receivables) during such Collection Period and (ii) 12 and

Related to Monthly Charge-Off Ratio

  • Net Charge-Offs means, with respect to any period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Charge-Offs for such period less the amount of Recoveries for such period.

  • Collateral Charge-Offs shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.06(c).

  • Investor Charge-Offs means Class A Investor Charge-Offs, Class B Investor Charge-Offs and Collateral Charge-Offs.

  • Class A Investor Charge-Offs shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.06(a).

  • Class A Investor Charge-Off s and Reimbursement of Charge Off's

  • Investor Charge-Off means, for a Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the amount of the unfunded Investor Default Amount for that Payment Date over the amount of the Investor Default Amount applied to reduce the Available Subordinated Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement for that Payment Date.

  • Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio means with respect to any specified Person for any period, the ratio of the Consolidated EBITDA of such Person for such period to the Fixed Charges of such Person for such period. In the event that the specified Person or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries incurs, assumes, guarantees, repays, repurchases, redeems, defeases or otherwise discharges any Indebtedness (other than ordinary working capital borrowings) or issues, repurchases or redeems preferred stock subsequent to the commencement of the period for which the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio is being calculated and on or prior to the date on which the event for which the calculation of the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio is made (the “Calculation Date”), then the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio will be calculated giving pro forma effect (in accordance with Regulation S-X under the Securities Act) to such incurrence, assumption, Guarantee, repayment, repurchase, redemption, defeasance or other discharge of Indebtedness, or such issuance, repurchase or redemption of preferred stock, and the use of the proceeds therefrom, as if the same had occurred at the beginning of the applicable four-quarter reference period. In addition, for purposes of calculating the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio:

  • Class C Interest Coverage Ratio means, as of any Measurement Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing the Interest Coverage Amount by the scheduled interest payments due on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes. For the purposes of calculating the Class C Interest Coverage Ratio, the expected interest income on Collateral Debt Obligations, Eligible Investments and the Accounts (to the extent applicable) and the expected interest payable on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes will be calculated using the then current interest rates applicable thereto as at the relevant Measurement Date.

  • First Lien Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (i) Consolidated Total Indebtedness secured on a first lien basis, net of Unrestricted Cash, as of the last day of such Test Period, to (ii) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Charge-Offs means, with respect to any Shared-Loss Assets for any period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of loans or portions of loans classified as “Loss” under the Examination Criteria, including (a) charge-offs of (i) the principal amount of such assets net of unearned interest (including write-downs associated with Other Real Estate, Additional ORE, Subsidiary ORE or loan modification(s)) (ii) Accrued Interest, and (iii) Capitalized Expenditures plus (b) Pre-Charge-Off Expenses incurred on the respective Shared-Loss Loans, all as effected by the Assuming Bank during such period and reflected on the Accounting Records of the Assuming Bank; provided, that: (i) the aggregate amount of Accrued Interest (including any reversals thereof) for the period after Bank Closing that shall be included in determining the amount of Charge-Offs for any Shared-Loss Loan shall not exceed ninety (90) days’ Accrued Interest; (ii) no Charge-Off shall be taken with respect to any anticipated expenditure by the Assuming Bank until such expenditure is actually incurred; (iii) any financial statement adjustments made in connection with the purchase of any Assets pursuant to this Purchase and Assumption Agreement or any future purchase, merger, consolidation or other acquisition of the Assuming Bank shall not constitute “Charge-Offs”; and (iv) except for Portfolio Sales or any other sales or dispositions consented to by the Receiver, losses incurred on the sale or other disposition of Shared-Loss Assets to any Person (other than the sale or other disposition of Other Real Estate, Additional ORE or Subsidiary ORE to a Person other than an Affiliate of the Assuming Bank which is conducted in a commercially reasonable and prudent manner) shall not constitute Charge-Offs.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Class B Investor Charge-Offs shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.06(b).

  • Effective Leverage Ratio has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • First Lien Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of (a) Consolidated First Lien Debt as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the Test Period as of such date.

  • Cash Flow Leverage Ratio means, as of any time the same is to be determined, the ratio of (a) Funded Debt as of the last day of the most recent four fiscal quarters of the Company then ended minus Excess Cash as of the last day of the same such period to (b) EBITDA for the same most recent four fiscal quarters then ended.

  • Failed Bank Charge-Offs/Write-Downs means, with respect to any Shared- Loss Asset, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of reversals or charge-offs of Accrued Interest and charge-offs and write-downs of principal effected by the Failed Bank with respect to that Shared-Loss Asset as reflected on the Accounting Records of the Failed Bank.

  • Pre-Charge-Off Expenses means those expenses incurred in the usual and prudent management of a Shared-Loss Loan that would qualify as a Reimbursable Expense or Recovery Expense if incurred after a Charge-Off of the related Shared-Loss Asset had occurred.

  • Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA to (b) Consolidated Fixed Charges, in each case, for the most recently completed four (4) fiscal quarters.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Adjusted Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of (a) Total Debt as of such date to (b) Adjusted Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower most recently ended as of such date, all determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cashflow With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the excess of (x) Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class A Certificates and (C) the Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Interest Coverage Ratio means, as at any date, the ratio of (a) EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on or most recently ended prior to such date to (b) Interest Expense for such period.

  • Total Debt Service means the sum of (i) scheduled or other required payments of principal on Indebtedness, and (ii) Interest Expense, in each case for such period.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
