Loss Amounts definition

Loss Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).
Loss Amounts means any amounts remitted by the Seller to the Bond Trustee pursuant to Section 5.01(c)(iii) of the Sale Agreement.
Loss Amounts means any recoverable Losses that are determined by an agreement, a settlement or a court judgment or award (regardless of whether the court judgment or award is or may be appealable) binding on the Selling Securityholders’ Representative (in respect of the Selling Securityholders) and Parent in accordance with Article 7.

Examples of Loss Amounts in a sentence

  • Any Applied Realized Loss Amounts will be allocated to the most junior Class of Subordinated Certificates then outstanding in reduction of the Class Certificate Balance thereof.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Class Certificate Balance of each Class of Subordinated Certificates that has been previously reduced by Applied Realized Loss Amounts will be increased, in order of seniority, by the amount of the Subsequent Recoveries (but not in excess of the Applied Realized Loss Amount allocated to the applicable Class of Subordinated Certificates).

  • Any Applied Realized Loss Amounts shall be allocated by the Trustee to the most junior Class of Subordinated Certificates then Outstanding in reduction of the Class Certificate Balance thereof.

  • Any Applied Realized Loss Amounts will be allocated to the most junior Class of Subordinate Certificates then outstanding in reduction of the Class Certificate Balance thereof.

  • In the event, Applied Realized Loss Amounts are allocated to any Class of Certificates, their Class Certificate Balance shall be reduced by the amount so allocated and no funds shall be distributed with respect to the written down amounts or with respect to interest or Basis Risk Carry Forward Amounts on the written down amounts on that Distribution Date or any future Distribution Dates, even if funds are otherwise available therefor.

  • Any Applied Realized Loss Amounts shall be allocated by the Securities Administrator to the most junior Class of Subordinated Certificates then Outstanding in reduction of the Class Certificate Balance thereof.

  • On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall determine the total of the Applied Realized Loss Amounts for such Distribution Date.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Class Certificate Balance of each Class of Subordinated Certificates that has been previously reduced by Applied Realized Loss Amounts will be increased, in the order of seniority, by the amount of the Subsequent Recoveries (but not in excess of the Applied Realized Loss Amount allocated to the applicable Class of Subordinated Certificates).

  • In the event Applied Realized Loss Amounts are allocated to any Class of LIBOR Certificates, their Class Certificate Balances shall be reduced by the amount so allocated, and no funds will be distributable with respect to the written down amounts (including without limitation Basis Risk Carry Forward Amounts) or with respect to interest on the written down amounts on that Distribution Date or any future Distribution Dates, even if funds are otherwise available for distribution.


More Definitions of Loss Amounts

Loss Amounts means the Provider Loss Amount and the Issuer Loss Amount. “Market Value” means, with respect to any Qualified Security, the market value thereof on the date of delivery (including accrued interest thereon) as specified by the Provider.

Related to Loss Amounts

  • Loss Amount means the dollar amount of loss incurred and reported on the Monthly Certificate for a Shared-Loss Loan.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class of Subordinated Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of (i) the Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over (ii) the sum of (a) all distributions in reduction of such Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates, and (b) the amount by which the Class Certificate Balance of such Class has been increased due to the distribution of any Subsequent Recoveries on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to a Class of Subordinated Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount will not be applied to reduce the Class Certificate Balance of such Class.

  • Applied Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates after giving effect to all Realized Losses incurred with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Collection Period and distributions of principal on such Distribution Date, but before giving effect to any application of the Applied Loss Amount with respect to such date, exceeds (y) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.

  • Net Loss Amount means the sum of Cumulative Loss Amounts under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement and Aggregate Net Charge-Offs under the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
