Investor Charge-Offs definition

Investor Charge-Offs means Class A Investor Charge-Offs, Class B Investor Charge-Offs and Collateral Charge-Offs.
Investor Charge-Offs is defined in Section 4.6.
Investor Charge-Offs shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.10.

  • Class A Investor Charge-Offs shall thereafter be reimbursed and the Class A Invested Amount increased (but not by an amount in excess of the aggregate unreimbursed Class A Investor Charge-Offs) on any Distribution Date by the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available for that purpose pursuant to subsection 4.07(b).

  • The Class A Invested Amount on any date will be an amount equal to (a) the Class A Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Certificateholder on or prior to such date, minus (c) the excess, if any, of the aggregate amount of Class A Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates over Class A Investor Charge-Offs reimbursed pursuant to subsection 4.07(b) of the Supplement prior to such date.

Investor Charge-Offs means Class A Investor Charge-Offs and Class B Investor Charge-Offs.
