Modification of Contract Terms and/or Amendments. The terms and conditions of the Contract shall govern all transactions between RRC and Vendor under the Contract. The Contract may be amended only upon written agreement between RRC and Vendor; however, the Contract may not be amended in a manner that conflicts with the laws of the United States or of the State of Texas.
