Modelled Train Operator definition

Modelled Train Operator means a train operator, other than a Charter Train Operator, that is charged by Network Rail for traction electricity based on modelled consumption rates, and which is not a Metered Train Operator;
Modelled Train Operator means a train operator that is charged by the CVL IM for traction electricity based on modelled consumption rates or the Traction Electricity Modelled Default Rate, and which is not a Metered Train Operator;
Modelled Train Operator means a train operator that, in respect of Geographic Area g, is charged by Network Rail for traction electricity based on calibrated modelled consumption rates, and which is not a Metered Train Operator;
