Mobile Remote Deposit Services definition

Mobile Remote Deposit Services means the Deposit Anywhere™ remote deposit capture service that we may offer through Online Banking. The Mobile Remote Deposit Services allow you to make deposits to an Eligible Account by taking a picture of the front and back of an Eligible Item and then delivering the image and deposit information to us; and

  • This includes any notice that we provide to you confirming that we have received an Official Image from you after you use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services.

  • We will credit funds to your Account upon our receipt of the Eligible Item but you acknowledge that we may place a "hold" on funds that are sent or received through the Mobile Remote Deposit Services and therefore the availability and access to the funds will be subject to any hold that we place on the funds (as well as any other limits or restrictions described in this Agreement).

  • You agree to cooperate with us in our investigation of any unusual, improper, unauthorized, suspicious or fraudulent activities relating to the transmission of Deposit Items or the use of the Mobile Remote Deposit Services.

  • You also agree to provide reasonable assistance to us in our investigation of any poor quality transmissions or resolution of other customer claims relating to the Mobile Remote Deposit Services.

  • You acknowledge and agree that we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind as to the Mobile Remote Deposit Services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • You acknowledge that we may make all or part of the Mobile Remote Deposit Services available to you from time to time but we are not under an obligation to do so.

  • To use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services, you must obtain and maintain at your expense, compatible equipment and software that we may specify from time to time.

  • MOBILE REMOTE DEPOSIT SERVICES AGREEMENT‌ This Mobile Remote Deposit Services Agreement ("Agreement") provides the general rules that apply to use of mobile remote deposit services ("Mobile Deposit").

  • Each time you transmit a deposit using the Mobile Remote Deposit Services you represent and warrant to us that: (i) you are transmitting an Eligible Item; (ii) the Official Image accurately represents all pertinent information on front and back of the Eligible Item at the time of transmission; (iii) you have not already deposited or cashed the Eligible Item; and (iv) you will not re-deposit or re-present the original Eligible Item.

  • To use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services, you must obtain and maintain at your expense, compatible equipment, and software that we may specify from time to time.

  • Remote location means any location that is at least one (1.0) mile from the location of a receptor. "Receptor" includes, but is not limited to, any hospital, school, day care center, work site, business, residence, and permanent campground. The distance to the nearest receptor is to be measured from the outermost limit of the area to be disturbed or road surface, whichever is closer.

  • Remote Terminal or "RT" means a cabinet, vault or similar structure at an intermediate point between the End User Customer and CenturyLink's Central Office, where Loops are aggregated and hauled to the Central Office or Serving Wire Center using LCM. A Remote Terminal may contain active electronics such as digital loop carriers, fiber hubs, DSLAMs, etc.

  • Synchronous interaction means a real-time interaction between a patient and a health care provider for telehealth located at a distant site.

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Remote access means that inspection can be made without the need to physically visit the courthouse where the court record is maintained.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Personal Services means “the performance of any work or labor and shall also include acting as an independent contractor or providing any consulting advice or assistance, or otherwise acting as an agent pursuant to a contractual relationship.”

  • SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Direct Load Control means load reduction that is controlled directly by the Curtailment Service Provider’s market operations center or its agent, in response to PJM instructions.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Merchant Services means services provided to merchants relating to the authorization, transaction capture, settlement, chargeback handling and internet-based transaction processing of credit, debit, stored-value and loyalty card and other payment transactions (including provision of point of service devices and other equipment necessary to capture merchant transactions and other ancillary services).

  • Transit Service means the delivery of Transit Traffic.

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Personal services contract means a contract that, by its express terms or as administered, makes the contractor per- sonnel appear to be, in effect, Government employees (see 37.104).

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.

  • Conferencing Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 30% for the following Conferencing Services: US Dial Out International Audio Conferencing. The current standard rates in the Guide (which includes both transport and bridging) for domestically bridged International Dial-Out Audio Conferencing, International Audio Conferencing (dial out from a US bridge).

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Indirect services means special education services provided by a special education teacher which include ongoing progress reviews; cooperative planning; consultation; demonstration teaching; modification and adaptation of the environment, curriculum, materials, or equipment; and direct contact with children with disabilities to monitor and observe.

  • Recreational Services means (unless otherwise defined in this document) services that consist of participation in:

  • Remote seller means any dealer deemed to have sufficient activity within the Commonwealth to

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and
