Missing Notation Fee definition

Missing Notation Fee fifteen percent (15%) of the Net Face Amount.
Missing Notation Fee shall be Ten Percent (10%) of the face amount of any Purchased Receivable for which Seller violates the warranty set forth in Section 2.5 herein.

More Definitions of Missing Notation Fee

Missing Notation Fee fifteen percent (15%) of the face amount of any purchased Account, or $1,000.00 the higher thereof, as liquidated damages for failure to comply with Section 2.7.
