Minor Disposal definition

Minor Disposal means a disposal or disposals of assets to third parties (not being an Obligor or a Permitted Joint Venture) in an aggregate amount not exceeding one per cent. of Total RAB across all Obligors during any financial year.
Minor Disposal means a disposal or disposals of assets in an aggregate amount not exceeding 2 per cent. of RAV during any regulatory year;
Minor Disposal means a disposal of part of a Mortgaged Property which does not have a material adverse effect on the trading of that Mortgaged Property.
