Minimum Vials definition

Minimum Vials means, with respect to a Product and a size (as applicable), the number of Vials with respect to such Product and size as listed in Item 1 of Schedule B.

Related to Minimum Vials

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $10,000,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).

  • Minimum Term means the minimum period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use;

  • Minimum DSCR means, with respect to a Supplemental Loan, (i) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a fixed rate, 1.25:1, or (ii) if the Senior Indebtedness bears interest at a floating rate, 1.10:1.

  • Minimum Balance Requirements You must maintain a minimum daily balance of $2,000.00 in your Money Market Savings account to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. For the PJM Region, the Minimum Annual Resource Requirement shall be equal to the RTO Reliability Requirement minus [the Sub-Annual Resource Reliability Target for the RTO in Unforced Capacity]. For an LDA, the Minimum Annual Resource Requirement shall be equal to the LDA Reliability Requirement minus [the LDA CETL] minus [the Sub-Annual Resource Reliability Target for such LDA in Unforced Capacity]. The LDA CETL may be adjusted pro rata for the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative.

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Minimum Net Worth means, for any Fiscal Quarter, the minimum Consolidated Net Worth required to be maintained by the Parent as of the end of such Fiscal Quarter pursuant to Section 6.12.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • Minimum Hourly Work Requirement means the work hours over a given time period that are required of you by your Employer in order to be eligible for coverage. Your Minimum Hourly Work Requirement is specified in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Normal Minimum Generation means the lowest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • FILOT Act Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, an investment of at least $2,500,000 by the Company, or of at least $5,000,000 by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates in the aggregate, in Economic Development Property.

  • Minimum Tangible Net Worth means, with respect to the Parent, at any time, the sum of (a) $1,418,939,250 plus (b) 75% of the aggregate net proceeds received by the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries after September 30, 2013 in connection with any offering of Stock or Stock Equivalents of the Parent or its Subsidiaries; provided however, that any such net proceeds used solely for the purpose of redeeming the Parent’s preferred stock shall not be included in such sum.

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
