Minimum Issuer Interest definition

Minimum Issuer Interest means for any date of determination an amount equal to (a) the Cash Option Amount as of such date plus (b) the Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables that are not Eligible Receivables as of such date.
Minimum Issuer Interest shall have the meaning specified in each Series Supplement.
Minimum Issuer Interest means, for any date of determination, the minimum amount by which the Unpaid Principal Balance of all Eligible Loans of the Series 2007-A Asset Pool plus the amounts on deposit in the Series 2007-A Account on such date of determination constituting Collections on the Series 2007-A Asset Pool, minus the Concentration Limit Excess on such date of determination, is required to exceed the Series 2007-A Invested Amount without creating a Covered Amount Deficiency.

Examples of Minimum Issuer Interest in a sentence

  • Each Receivable included in the Trust Estate (other than any Receivable identified as not being an Eligible Receivable and included as such in the calculation of Minimum Issuer Interest) on the date of any Monthly Servicer Report shall be an Eligible Receivable on such date.

  • PFSFC will not meet this test if, on any date of determination, the Issuer Interest as of such date does not exceed the largest required "Minimum Issuer Interest" of any outstanding Series (such excess being herein called the " Available Issuer Inter est" ) as of such date.

  • Although we receive no credit for them in determining Available Issuer Interest or Minimum Issuer Interest and strive to have no excess concentration receivables12 or ineligible receivables in the pool, to the extent that we do have any such receivables, collections from them should be excepted from the subordination conditions applicable to special horizontal interests found in paragraph § .5(f)(4) of the Re-Proposals.

  • Regular Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the Note Balance as of such Payment Date (before giving effect to any principal payments made on the Notes on such Payment Date), over (ii) the excess, if any, of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the end of the related Collection Period less the Overcollateralization Target Amount minus (b) the sum of the First Priority Principal Distribution Amount and the Second Priority Principal Distribution Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount and the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount for that distribution date.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount and the Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount for that distribution date.

  • Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of

  • Lower Tier Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any calendar month, the sum of (i) the Cash Flow Distribution Amount and (ii) the Lower Tier Accrual Amount, if any.

  • Aggregate Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Noteholders’ Regular Principal Distributable Amount as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Aggregate Noteholders’ Priority Principal Distributable Amount as of such Distribution Date.

  • Water interest means any right to the beneficial use of water, including:

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Class Distribution Amount As to each Combinable Class and Distribution Date, an amount equal to the distribution of principal and/or interest on such Distribution Date in respect of the Related REMIC Class multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is equal to the Aggregate Denomination of such Class at the close of business on the related Record Date and the denominator of which is the original principal amount of the Related REMIC Class having the same letter designation. As to each RCR Class, the sum of (i) the Class Interest Distribution Amount for such Class and (ii) the Class Principal Distribution amount for such Class.
