Minimum Application Amount definition

Minimum Application Amount means $20,000 or any other sum as the Responsible Entity determines from time to time. The Responsible Entity may determine a different sum for different applicants or for different Classes.

The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.
