Metrolinx Infrastructure definition

Metrolinx Infrastructure means all temporary and permanent infrastructure owned by or to be owned by Metrolinx and forms part of Metrolinx transit facilities, e.g. tunnels, stations and elevated structures.

  • The minimum structure horizontal clearance is measured between the Applicant Infrastructure and Metrolinx Infrastructure, and shall be the greater of either 3 metres or local jurisdictional requirements.

The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Environmental Infrastructure System means the Environmental Infrastructure Facilities of the Borrower, including the Project, for which the Borrower is receiving the Loan.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.
