Member of the victim definition

Member of the victim s family" means a spouse, child, stepchild, sibling, parent, stepparent, grandparent, other relative, or legal guardian of a child but does not include a person charged with, convicted of, or adjudicated a delinquent child for committing a criminal or delinquent act against the victim or another criminal or delinquent act arising out of the same conduct, criminal or delinquent episode, or plan as the criminal or delinquent act committed against the victim.
